Swedish fashion retailer H&M has recently been voted as the best performing retail brand in Europe (Interbrand) and for the season they are paying tribute to Marimekko.
Marimekko is a Finnish textile and clothing design company established back in 1951 and their style reflects the era of the 50's, 60's and 70's. The summer collection at H&M will carry around 50 products that will be sold in all markets from April this year.
The look of the collection takes insipiration from the 70's include airy summer favourites such as wide dresses, tunics, skirts and shorts for women, and classic summer shirts and shorts for men.
